Pinnacle Distributors, Inc. offers free Ground shipping on all online orders over $1,000 (before tax) in merchandise subject to certain exclusions.
*For express shipping, customers may be liable for additional shipping cost.

Certain items including, but not limited to, lighters and butane do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping. Such items will be labeled on the product page as inapplicable towards the shipping minimum and will not be counted towards the total amount of an order for determining whether the minimum purchase amount is met. Pinnacle Distributors reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.


RETURNS

Pinnacle Distributors does not facilitate returns of merchandise unless the items are damaged or defective. Under certain circumstances, we may consider accepting a return, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any damaged products or discrepancies in orders must be reported to Pinnacle Distributors within two days of receiving the merchandise. If your product is damaged, please refer to the instructions provided below regarding the return process for damaged merchandise.

Discounts offered by Pinnacle Distributors may be withdrawn at our discretion and without prior notice. Pinnacle Distributors reserves the right to revoke any quantity discounts and adjust the invoiced amount to reflect the full purchase price for items not returned. (Pinnacle Distributors also reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise retained.)

Damaged Merchandise

Upon receiving your order, kindly conduct a thorough inspection of all items. If the box exhibits signs of damage, please ensure that the delivery driver signs the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box's damaged state, and take photographs before proceeding to open the package.

In cases where the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, it is MANDATORY to capture a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip for any potential returns post-delivery.

Please note that once shipments have been accepted, all products within the shipment will be presumed satisfactory unless a product arrived in a damaged condition, and such damage was not reasonably discernible before acceptance.

To initiate a return and refund for damaged items, please contact our Customer Care team via email at sales@wholesalepinnacle.com or by calling 800-506-9956 within two days of receiving any damaged product.

All returns must feature products in new condition, including original packaging and intact accessories. No returns of used products or partial boxes will be accepted.

Photographs of the damaged product should be taken and emailed to sales@wholesalepinnacle.com. Please include the original order's invoice number and item number in the subject line of your email for reference during claims processing.

All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization.” Upon approval of a return, Pinnacle Distributors will issue a Return Authorization and arrange for the free return shipping of the damaged merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Please allow at least 5 business days for the credit to be processed and issued.

Cancellation

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders, regardless of their shipment status. This fee is applicable to all types of orders, including those confirmed via DocuSign, email, or verbally, without exception.

Returned Cheques

For the initial instance of a cheque being dishonored by your bank, a $50 NSF fee will be applied, and all pending orders will be placed on hold. Should a cheque be dishonored for a second time, a $100 NSF fee will be incurred, and subsequent payments must be made in advance of delivery.

Change of Address and Incorrect Address

Incorrectly submitted addresses will incur a $25.00 charge for correction or re-shipment. Please be aware that any address modifications made during transit will cause a delay in package delivery.

Customers are accountable for complying with their local laws concerning the shipment of products to their respective locations. Pinnacle Distributors absolves itself of responsibility and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred by you or any third party (including your company) due to or arising from violations of local laws.

Pinnacle Distributors reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity.
