What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Once I have ordered, how long will it take before my order is dispatched?
Most orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday-Friday for in-stock items will be shipped the same day. (Subject to security check) Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following business day (please be aware this may extend to 48 hours during the holiday season). 


Is your site encrypted to prevent credit card fraud?
Yes, shopping at is safe, secure and 100% guaranteed. Our SSL (secure socket layer) software is the industry standard for secure online transactions. We use a 256 bit encryption to prevent any vulnerability.


Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and confirmation of items ordered. If you have not received this email, please contact us at 1-800-506-9956 or email and we will provide you with your invoice number. 


I noticed an error on an order I just placed. How can I fix it? 
We can correct the error if we catch it quickly enough. Contact us immediately via email or call us at 1-800-506-9956 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. We will try to correct the mistake before your order ships.


How will my order be shipped?
We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, LTL or a comparable shipper of our choice. Free shipping is available orders over CAD $1,000.
Once your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped and we include your tracking number.


Standard Delivery Times:
Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address. We ship from Burnaby, BC Canada


Product Availability / Back Order Policy
Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturers' out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, etc.
If a product you order is out-of-stock, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The packing list you receive will show items not yet shipped. If you paid by credit card, you will not be charged for back-ordered items until the product is shipped. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time before it ships unless a separate agreement is made.


What should I do if I receive my package and it is damaged?
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your boxes appear to be opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and contact us at 1-800-506-9956 or email If your order arrived in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages; also please contact us at 1-800-506-9956 or email

Do you provide a catalog? 
Our catalog is available via download in the account screen of your profile. This is only available to those who have an approved account. 


Is it legal to sell all of your products in my City/Province and are there restrictions?

Why do you need a Tax ID Number?
We are a wholesale company and require a Tax ID to sell any of our products at wholesale prices.
